Merry Christmas from MiiMi

Youthfest Camp
MiiMi will be joining forces with Slippery Sirkus to hold a 3 day (2 night) camp at Valla Beach Tourist Park.
The camp will be held between 31 January 2011 and 2 February 2011.
The camp will run at no costs to particapants however, selection is based on an application process. Three young people between the age of 16 - 18 years and a supervising adult will be chosen from each Local Government Area.
Applications close on Friday 14 January 2011.

December Bowraville Market Day
The December Market Day attracted a few more people in town. The weather was a bit strange again, one minute it was pouring with rain and blowing a gale and then the sun come out and it was very hot. There were 9 stalls, an increase on November Market Day. I would like to thank all the stall holders that come out for the day, not knowing what the weather was going to do on the day. Great day everyone thank you for coming.

December 2010- Bowravlle Producers Market
The next Bowraville Producers Market will be held on Thursday the 16th December 2010 from 10.00am to 4.00pm in the Main Street of Bowraville.
The Bowraville Street Childrens Christmas Party which is conducted annually by Dr Edwina Guard will commence at 3.00pm followed by an afternoon of fun for the whole family.

Although the weather did keep alot of people at home, inside and dry the Bowraville Market Day was a great day to chat to the locals and the stall holder .
It was a very wet day and we all got quite wet a few times.
Pictured on the left is Joslyn - one of the stall holders selling her fresh produce including fresh rubarb, zuchinni and baby cabbage.
