Hi All,

I would like to send a big thank you to MiiMi's 2 project officers and 3 family support workers, they have contributed tremendously towards reconciliation, empowerment and the breaking down of barriers within the Bowraville community.

Unfortunately their positions have now ceased due to a large funding component ending.

Girls help out

Everyone at MiiMi Creations was very grateful for the help of the girls on Friday. They did a really great job getting the front doors clean - now we just need to keep all of the finger prints off.

Elders Accord - 25th Aug 2010

I was intvited to the Bowraville Elders meeting to show the elders the Gumbanggir Kinship chart. I had to give them an outline on the Gumbaynggirr Kinship structure so that they could approve my project. The Gumbaynggirr kinship chart can be handed to every Family member in the Bowraville community.
